| The Board is responsible for cloud seeding programs and receives federal funding for storm research. The governor appoints seven members to represent the board's districts. Members must be selected from a list of three submitted by districts with weather modification authorities. Ex-officio members include: aeronautics commission, environmental health, and state engineer. |
