| The Board advises the Industrial Commission on banking and consumer matters with the Bank of North Dakota. The governor appoints seven members of whom two members must be officers of banks with a majority of stock owned by North Dakota residents; and one officer of state or federally chartered financial institution. The governor appoints a chairman, vice chairman, and a secretary. |
