| The council shall a) explore the interrelationship between substance abuse prevention, education, and enforcement programs; b) address traffic safety issues including driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol; c) develop policies that promote safe, stable families and communities; and d) be organized under the Office of the Governor for the purpose of receiving and distributing any appropriations. | |||
