| The Board awards $200,000 in general fund money every biennium to 120-150 Indian students. The average scholarship is $700.00, but can go up to $2,000.00. Students must be a resident of North Dakota, ¼ Indian, must renew his or her application every year, and be enrolled in a North Dakota Institution. The Governor makes one at-large appointment who must be Indian. |
