| The Board establishes a minimum Grade A dairy farmer hundred weight, wholesale and retail prices as a result of public hearings. The Board licenses all Grade A dairy farmers, processors, distributors and retailers in the marketing area. The Governor appoints one Grade A dairy farmer selling to a processor, one processor, one retailer, and two consumers not engaged in the milk business. | |||
