| This Board was required in response to the Clean Air Act of 1990. It operates as the ombudsman for small business in dealing with the Environmental Protection Agency. There are seven members who serve at the pleasure of the appointing authority. Two members are appointed by the governor; one member is appointed by the state health officer; and four members are appointed by the majority and minority leadership in both the State Senate and House. | |||
