Gov. Jack Dalrymple and Maj. Gen. David Sprynczynatyk accept gifts on behalf of the city of Minot from Palmer Tetley, a seventh grader from Colorado who organized a fundraiser to bring toys and games to Minot children impacted by this summer's flooding. Palmer also presented his ideas for a flood mitigation project that would protect Minot from future flooding.
