First Lady Co-Hosting 2007 Women's Health Summit
BISMARCK, N.D. – First Lady Mikey L. Hoeven and North Dakotans Partnering for Women’s Health are hosting the First Lady’s 2007 Women’s Health Summit October 15 at the Ramkota Hotel in Bismarck.
“This summit is an opportunity to arm the women in our state with the most up-to-date information regarding women’s health issues,” Hoeven said. “Participants will walk away with tangible, educational tools to implement into their lives in the areas of fitness, nutrition, heart health and much more.”
Featured speakers include Zonya Foco, the author of LICKETY SPLIT meals, who will present “Eating on the Run” and the best speed-feed to keep you energized and focused. Dr. Karen Wolfe will present “Listening to the Female Heart: The Whole Truth about Women and Heart Health” and Jennifer Louden will discuss the “Five Secrets of Radiant Living: Super Simple Strategies to Create Every Day Bliss.”
The First Lady is working with North Dakotans Partnering for Women’s Health to make women’s health issues a priority in North Dakota.
