Gov. Doug Burgum has directed all government agencies across the state to fly the United States and North Dakota flags at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Tuesday, Jan. 24, in honor of Rolette County Sheriff’s Deputy Colt Allery, who died in the line of duty this past week.
