HHS Behavioral Health Division Policy - Bismarck - Executive Administrative AssistantAs an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Behavioral Health Division Executive Director in order to enhance productivity and effectiveness. You will coordinate and manage complex schedules, provide excellence in customer service, organize logistics for meetings and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handline sensitive information. You will also collaborate with the Division's Administrative Support team for other office management duties. To thrive in this position, you must possess proven experience as an executive assistant supporting executives or senior management. Your organizational and time management skills will be crucial in prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication abilities are required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Maintaining composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations is essential, given the sensitive nature of the role, which demands discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information. To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or GED and proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant or similar role.
