BISMARCK, N.D. – Gov. Doug Burgum will present his 2025-2027 executive budget proposal to the 69^th Legislative Assembly at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4, in the House chamber of the North Dakota Capitol, 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Bismarck.
