BISMARCK, N.D. – North Dakota Gov. Kelly Armstrong will deliver the 2025 State of the State address to a joint session of the 69^th Legislative Assembly on Tuesday, Jan. 7, in the House of Representatives chamber of the State Capitol, 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Bismarck.

The joint session will start at 1 p.m., with the governor’s address scheduled to begin at approximately 1:30 p.m.
