BISMARCK, N.D. – Gov. Kelly Armstrong will present his 2025-27 executive budget proposal to state legislators on the Joint House-Senate Appropriations Committee at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the Brynhild Haugland Room of the North Dakota Capitol, 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Bismarck.

The hearing will be livestreamed on the Legislature’s website at https://video.ndlegis.gov/.
