BISMARCK, N.D. – Gov. Doug Burgum will honor about 200 North Dakota Army National Guard soldiers who recently returned home from a yearlong mission in Washington, D.C., during a formal welcome home ceremony Sunday in Grand Forks.

The public is welcome to attend, and pre-coordination is not required for media.
