BISMARCK, N.D. – North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum will honor our nation’s military veterans Thursday with members of the state’s congressional delegation, North Dakota National Guard leaders and local officials during a Veterans Day ceremony at the North Dakota Heritage Center in Bismarck. North Dakota National Guard Brig. Gen. Jackie Huber will be the keynote speaker.
