Three Rivers Human Service ZoneHiring Range: $29.54 - $39.39 HourlyFoster Care/In-Home Case Managers are responsible for assessing individual and family needs and providing appropriate case management services for children who still reside in the home: developing case plans and safety plans for caretakers and children, and referring to appropriate community-based services, to reduce the identified risk of child abuse or neglect. Case Managers in this role are also responsible for children ages 0-18 who are under the temporary custody of the zone and placed outside of the parental home.This position maintains responsibility of a highly complex and sensitive nature and requires a high degree of knowledge, skills, and passion in child welfare. Work activities involve decision making within parameters of approved policies and procedures, thorough, accurate and timely responses. Case Managers will complete written documentation that complies with State and Federal regulations. This position also requires coordination with local service providers, law enforcement and legal entities as well as emergency response planning. This role will require completing affidavits and testifying in court proceedings. This position will require some non-traditional working hours including being a part of an on-call rotation for after-hours, weekends, and holidays.To succeed in this position, you should have a passion for serving others and a desire to make a positive impact. Minimum Qualifications
