BISMARCK, N.D. – Gov. Kelly Armstrong and officials from the North Dakota Department of Commerce and Bank of North Dakota (BND) will visit the city of Ellendale on Wednesday to tour and receive updates on the new Applied Digital data center and a housing project currently under construction.
The housing project is the first to utilize North Dakota’s Rural-Workforce Initiative to Support Housing (R-WISH) program. Armstrong also will highlight how Commerce’s proposed Housing for Opportunity, Mobility and Empowerment (HOME) program moving through the legislative process will help support housing solutions identified by communities.
