BISMARCK, N.D. – Gov. Doug Burgum will join U.S. Sen. John Hoeven, Fargo-Moorhead officials and other federal, state and local leaders Tuesday for the signing of a new Project Partnership Agreement for comprehensive flood protection in the Red River Valley. James, has directed the Army Corps of Engineers to increase federal participation in the F-M Area Diversion Project to $750 million, up from $450 million. James also approved the renegotiation of the Project Partnership Agreement. A press conference will be held after the signing ceremony.
