BISMARCK, N.D. – Gov. Doug Burgum and Lt. Gov. Brent Sanford will visit with students, faculty, staff and administrators on Feb. 2, at North Dakota State University in Fargo and on Monday, Feb. 6, at North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton.
The visits are part of the governor’s commitment to tour all 11 of North Dakota’s public colleges and universities in 2018, as announced during his State of the State Address last week at Minot State University. Burgum and Sanford toured the MSU campus after the address.
At NDSU, Burgum will make brief remarks to NDSU student government members and others from the campus community at the Harry D. McGovern Alumni Center, 1241 N. University Dr., Fargo. Media are welcome to attend the remarks at about 12:10 p.m. Friday.
In Wahpeton, Burgum and Sanford will meet with NDSCS leadership, tour the campus and interact with faculty, staff and students.
