BISMARCK, N.D. –  The Fargo-Moorhead Area Flood Diversion Task Force appointed by North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum and Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton will hold its second meeting Wednesday, Nov. 1., in Moorhead, Minn.

The meeting will take place from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Minnesota State University Moorhead’s Comstock Memorial Union, 615 14th St. S., Moorhead, MN 56563. The meeting agenda is listed below.

Burgum and Dayton appointed 16 members to the Task Force to develop design principles and concept-level engineering solutions to achieve balanced flood risk management for the Fargo-Moorhead region, including upstream, downstream, and metro-area communities and properties. The governors are co-chairing the Task Force.
